Delete your data

You can delete most of your data yourself anytime from the Lovely dashboard. Full account deletion is a request we complete within 30 days. Here is every path:

Option 1 — Delete from your dashboard (instant)

Option 2 — Delete your whole account

Email hello@skodedigital.tech from your account email with the subject Delete my account, or use the contact form on our site. Within 30 days we permanently delete:

• your account and profile information;
• your workspace, bot persona and business settings;
• your entire knowledge base and vector data;
• conversation history your customers had with your bot;
• your connection credentials (encrypted, destroyed).

We keep only what law requires (e.g. billing records for tax purposes), and we confirm the deletion by email.

If you are a customer of a Lovely business

You messaged a business that uses Lovely — the business controls that conversation data. To have your messages deleted:

• Ask the business directly (they can delete the conversation from their dashboard), or
• Email us the business name and the number/ID you contacted, and we will forward your request to them and assist with the deletion.

If you came from Facebook / Messenger app review

If you reached this page from a Facebook "data deletion instructions" link: Meta passes us a signed request when you submit a deletion through the "Send data deletion instructions" flow in Messenger. We process it as described above and confirm by email or Facebook message. You can also revoke Lovely's access anytime at facebook.com/settings?tab=applications — revoking access stops all data processing from that moment.
